in school we could do a theme about Christmas or make a letter for Mrs  Claus and I did a theme and the theme was is that you don't need to have a present just have a good time. Even if you have a mean sister or brother give her or him. A nice present or letter to change. Their heart 3 size big like the Grinch. And have a merry Christmas and a happy new year.

In math we have been learning about making math questions from a picture. First we looked at a picture. Then we asked questions that we wanted to find. I found it easy of making the math questions. I found it hard making strategies.

difference between a boss or a leader

in life education we are learning about relationships and being with other people. We have done activities in the life education bus. We did a personality test I was a beaver. We watched a video where all the people were the same I learnt it is good to be different because all of us are unique

we learnt the difference between the boss and a leader. We had to match up the sentence of a leader to the opposite of a boss.

for science we have been learning to do science change in chemicals 

1. A clean 16 ounce plastic soda bottle.
2. 1/2 cup 20-volume hydrogen peroxide liquid (20-volume is a 6% solution, ask an adult to get this from a beauty supply store or hair salon)
3. 1 Tablespoon (one packet) of dry yeast.
4. 3 Tablespoons of warm water.
5. Liquid dishwashing soap.
6. Food coloring.
7. Small cup.
8. Safety goggles.

today in science we got a empty bottle a cork some vinegar and baking soda first we got the bottle and then we put the vinegar and then we took 2 teaspoons and then we put on the cork very fast because  the gas rise very fast then the cork pop out of the bottle and then the gas escape the bottle and got out of the bottle so it had more space to move and then we will do it again but outside.

Calendar Art

For calendar art this week we have learnt to blend colors with paint. I really enjoyed painting but i found it difficult to get crisp lines. First we sketch an outline then we started at the top and then we worked down

With Mrs S we did Fraction. We made a pizza base and put our topping on it. We then had to work out what fraction of each topping we had.

In Science we are learning about. Change happens when we mix or combine two different reactants substance together. When this happens a chemical reaction takes place today.

tree art

In art we have been doing are tree art it has the four seasons like winter, autumn, summer, and spring the winter is blue the spring and summer are green so whats the red season? it is... autumn do you know how we did it the first thing you need to do is color the seasons with pastel or crayon the second thing you need to do is color the tree with black pastel now the third thing you need to scratch the seasons with toothpicks and now your finish with your tree art.

measurement 1m

in math we are learning about measurement today we learnt about meters first we wrote items in the class that we thought was a meter. Next I measured then with a ruler. I then had to work out the difference between my guess and the actual measurement it was hard because of the difference and I enjoyed because I like how hard It was

In math we were learning how to do measurement we use centimeters and meters . My arms are 1 meter and 28 centimeters and my legs are 67 cm  also my height is 1 meter  and 27 centimeters

In math we have been learning about 2D and 3D shapes we used multilink cubes to make buildings we then made our own building can you work out how many cubes I used.
