this week we have been on topic about the Paralympics. The Paralympics is a event that occurs every two years it is basically the Olympics but for people with disabilities. some of the events are Archery, Athletics, Badminton ,Boccia, Canoe Sprint, Cycling Road, and the Cycling Track

Free Writing

In literacy we have been free writing with a buddy we had to make a story. The teacher told us that it could be anything. When we were choosing our buddies I chose Lucas and Reuben our story was about A kid named James that goes to the Lost City Of Atlantis. What I found hard was trying to finish the story what I found easy was writing it. It was really fun doing this if you want to know anything else just comment below. I will update this post when my story is completed. Here is my plan of the characters.

The colossal squid

In literacy we have been learning about the colossal squid and what it eats and the mighty battle against the sperm whale both of them are prey and they can go deeper then a submarine they can go to the midnight zone the deepest place in the sea both of them are very rare they can be found in the antarctic ocean one day in February 2007 a fishing boat called the San aspiring was fishing for the Antarctic tooth fish but something else was hunting for tooth fish as well. when the crew pulled up the their long lines, they were astonish to see what came to there boat it was a enormous squid also known as the colossal squid the crew brought the squid to a laboratory the people putted ice near the squid then examine it then when the ice melted the squid eye showed the eye was the size of a beach ball then when they examine the arms they saw hooks on the end of the arms of the squid and then they saw sharp cutters on the tentacles of the to. It was fun doing this activity and there was an activity that we had to do a google drawing of the colossal squid it really fun. If you want anything else just ask me.

How to make a fortune teller

in literacy we made fortune tellers then we made our own instructions what  I  found hard was making the fortune teller what I found easy was making the instructions

Treasure maps

In literacy we made treasure maps. We first we got normal paper and tea bags. When we scrunch it up we wet the tea bags and put it on the scrunched up paper then we let it dry then we draw our plan the next morning it was dry and very stinky after that we did our real treasure map and it was not stink When I did my map I was so proud. what I found easy was doing the islands what I found hard was making the names of the obstacles.

my prediction

In literacy we were predicting about this picture two weeks ago we went individual. when we did it we had to make three paragraphs of the future and using your imagination. what I found easy was making I wonders and what I found hard was making ideas it was fun doing this and here is an picture of my story about this man. and I hope that you like this.

In literacy we have been learning about hiding spots two weeks ago we went outside in a group of three then we we tried to a hiding spot then someone pictures us in our hiding spot what I found challenging was finding a hiding spot what I found easy was trying to picture our hiding spot after that we did an map about our hiding spot then we put our hiding spot picture on the x then we wrote and here is the picture next to the text and I hope you like it.

in literacy we have been talking about weather like tornadoes, winter storms, and lightning too, so we have been finding facts about lightning here are some facts that I found in the internet and a picture of what happens if you get hit by lightning I hope you enjoy my slide.
