Today in Art we did a drawing about our self what we had to do is get a picture of yourself cut it in a half(I recommend using a ruler). After you did that cut background to, then you draw your other side on a A4 paper. Then you glue it on a A3 paper.

Today in reading we have been looking at myths and legends about Maui and we are also doing compare and contrast. We have been looking at different stories about Maui and how he discovered fire. Free verse Matariki

Today in writing we have been learning how to use free verse poems. A free verse poem is a poem that doesn't rhyme but really connects to the topic. The topic of our free verse poem is Matariki since because Is is almost Matariki. If you don't know what Matariki it is part of the Maori new year And has legends, If you still don't know just search it up.
